Carl Altewischer, VigerLaw

• Mr. Altewischer has been working with attorney Hoang Nguyen since December of 2016. Mr. Altewischer studied law at the University Passau and received the qualification of judgeship and attorney at the district court of Neuruppin.
• He supports private and business clients with complex contractual issues. From breach of contract to the special challenges of writing a German-Vietnamese contract or a legally secure contract termination. Your interests will be conscientiously, and goal-oriented enforced both out of court and – if necessary – in court.
• As a lawyer for German residence and immigration law, attorney Altewischer supports German and international companies in the oftentimes difficult communication with the German immigration authority. In the broad and complex legal field of business immigration, Attorney Altewischer clarifies immigration law issues to support companies in combating the omnipresent shortage of skilled workers in Germany by minimising legal hurdles.
• In January 2022 he was an integral part of founding the Vigerlaw. He holds the position of company officer with statutory authority for our law firm and is also the head of digitization. He was also part of the delegation in the official visit from the city of Leipzig in Vietnam in 2018.
• He speaks German as a mother language and is fluent in English.
